High-Density & Twill Woven Fabrics for Workwear and Hospitality Uniforms

A workwear/hospitality client required durable fabrics with good dimensional stability and wash performance. We selected from high-density woven, fine twill 8, fine twill CVC, twill 29, “Jindun cotton/gold-shield” type cotton, and fine cotton series, with options in 65/35 poly-cotton or cotton-spandex​ for mobility.

Testing focused on washing dimensional change, pilling, colorfastness and safety-index compliance, aligned with shirt/uniform end-use standards. The project included solid color and reactive dyed​ programs as well as brushed​ variants for cooler-climate servicewear. Final delivery supported uniform fabric and workwear fabric​ needs with stable bulk output and export-ready documentation.
