On the production floor, we have upgraded from conventional looms to high-speed / automatic weaving machines, supported by yarn/color preparation, dyeing and finishing lines, and pre-shrinking/setting processes. Our core focus is woven fabrics—including 100% cotton, CVC, TC, TR (polyester/viscose), bamboo fiber, microfiber and modal, as well as printed and stripe/yard-dyed constructions—engineered for men’s/women’s shirts, business casualwear, workwear, corporate uniforms, and hospitality/service-industry apparel.
We accept OEM/ODM and custom development by customer sample or specification, with adjustable stripe design, color/Pantone match, GSM, and fabric width. Before bulk production, we provide swatches / lab-dips / sample approval so the handfeel, colorfastness, shrinkage and weight are confirmed in advance. Our in-process and final QC, combined with export-standard packing, supports B2B bulk export and allows us to coordinate commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and related documents as required.

Once approved, the same process transfers to bulk production with strict QC, ensuring the final fabric matches the developed sample.
