We don’t treat R&D as a separate “concept lab” — it is directly linked to our production line. When you send a sample or specification, our team analyzes yarn count, density, weave, weight and finish, then builds a production-feasible plan with swatch/lab-dip validation. Once approved, the same process transfers to bulk production with strict QC, ensuring the final fabric matches the developed sample.
We also support small swatch requests, bulk trial runs and third-party testing coordination, helping global buyers reduce risk before large orders.
